However, I never received any notification about changes to these perks, as you can see from the attached Letters and notice for XXXX. A bank agent mentioned that this change was communicated through an account statement, but this is misleading since account statements are meant for financial details and payment deadlines, not to hide changes to card benefits in fine print. I am requesting a refund in credit card or compensation for the same amount.
