Hello, Background : I tried to withdrew EUR XXXX on XX/XX/year> in XXXX, XXXX, however when I found out XXXX XXXX rate was not as good, I cancelled transaction, the ATM machine was confirmed transaction was cancelled at that time. Since the transaction was cancelled, there was no receipt printed. It was surprisingly to learn that the Chase bank still withdrew the money from my bank account. Me, my husband and my friend were all there and confirm that I did not get any cash at that time. I have been working with Chase bank for a long time, however the issue has not been resolved. If you need any additional information, please let me know. Thank you
