XXXXXXXX Southeast Toyota Finance ( SETF ) was paid twice in the last 15 days by me, but refuses to show my payment history on its website and has NOT updated my amount owed, by showing the last two payments on its website. This matter concerns my lease of a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX, XXXX ). Payments : XXXX of XXXX Acct # XXXX VIN : XXXX I want to make a payment for {$650.00} today ( normal monthly payment today ), but can not because SETF is trying to force a {$1300.00} payment from me. I also can not see my payment history on the SETF website. Thirdly, I already made payments of {$650.00} on XXXX and XXXX XXXX to SETF, but I see no deduction in my money owed to SETF on its website. Because SETF is not reducing my money owed to them after I make payments on its website, I am concerned about CONSUMER FRAUD and am filing a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX to ensure SETF updates their financial records before forcing me to make double and triple payments above and beyond what I am required to pay. I am a poorly paid school teacher living on a small salary. I am asking SETF to update its financial records on my account on its website AND remove all late fees to reflect my last 2 payments made, reduce the amount owed by me on its website and after having done so, I will make the 3rd payment as promised to bring the balance owed to XXXX ( XXXX ).
