I had a family emergency in the summer I had to travel so I left town in a hurry. When I came back I discovered someone had used my credit to create personal loans as well as credit cards. I contacted all of the entities the information was listed in my credit report and they advised it would be removed but I still see it shows as verified as accurate. So now my credit is being affected it by these debts. Ive called numerous times even went and got the police is involved as this is MAJOR debt and I did NOT authorize the use of my credit for ANY reason. I dont use my credit this way. The only thing that should be on there is my HOME.Other than that the rest of this debt is fraudulent and I disputed it but they keep advising its being removed and its still on there. So Im filing with you all to see how you can help me. I will attach a copy of the police report as well. All Im trying to do is make this right.
