I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issues with direct express and they refuse to give me access to my ss funds for XXXX months now I've sent my state issued ID my ss card my birth certificate everything they have asked for I give them all my info when I call only to be told they can't verify my identity they can't seem to send a code to a phone I've had for XXXX years or any email address I give them and they just refuse to cooperate I've done everything I've been asked and everytime I call I'm told I have to email them my information and wait I'm XXXX that is all the money I have and they are trying to keep it there has to be someone who can help me get my now XXXX months of ss benefits totaling almost XXXX dollars from them cause they refuse to give me access to my money that I dearly need
