I received a letter stating there might be fraudulent charges on my Citi bank credit card account. I could not get into my account when I never had a problem before. I still can not. I called fraud and spoke to a woman The XXXX week of XXXX. She said she will cancel the card issue me another one in the mail and the fraud department will contact me. They have not. I got a new card in the mail the XXXX week of XX/XX/year> and in the time it was sent by the bank it was already hacked. I called again the XXXX week of XXXX and got the same woman with a different name. Another card was sent to me and the same thing happened. I call citi fraud department and got THE SAME WOMAN ... .. different name again. ( she had a very unique voice and accent. It was her ). She would not talk to me like a normal person. At this point I asked her to just close out my account all together but this was after a payment of {$490.00} was automatically applied to the fraudulent charges on my account. I got a letter in the mail stating I was accepted to apple pay, another for XXXX, and a third with a debit card I had supposedly opened, then a XXXX with a debit pin. None of these I applied for and these came after I " closed the account ''! I answered the phone Sunday XX/XX/year> to hear the voice of that same woman again telling me I owe over {$200.00} on this account. The one that she supposedly closed. I gave permission for her to speak to my husband. After a short discourse she hung up on him.
