I was told I had a final payment on my loan. When I called Chase Auto on XX/XX/year> at XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to find out the balance, Chase refused to give me that information. They also locked me out of my account and refuse to let me sign in and view this information on my own. They also lied regarding fees and at this stage will be reporting the finance institution federally and to other agencies. I should not be denied this information as its illegal!
