Consumer Narrative
XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a Chase Bank ATM, and it just ate my {$2000.00} cash and broke on me. I can't believe the bank straight up robbed me. My money hasn't shown up in my account. I called for help, and all they said was they can only give me a temp credit, and who knows when that could happen. I feel scammed and robbed. I cant trust this institution anymore, and considering closing all my account, credit cards and mortgage. What a horrible place!
