On XX/XX/year> I accessed my Bank of America accounts to pay for professional legal fees, however XXXX transactions made were canceled. I could not access these funds. I called to fix the issue but the issues have remained and changes were not visible on my online banking account despite several days passing. Then I was locked out of my online banking account. I called to receive access, it was restored with authorization to make transfers and transactions. I set up another wire transfer on Friday, XX/XX/year> for next day delivery. Then I rwas locked out of my online bacnking account again. I called on Monday, XX/XX/year> to address the issue. I was assured the account and wire were cleared and I was guaranteed that the wire transfer should arrive no later than end of business day Monday, XX/XX/year>. The agent reinstated the wire transfer at that time, and assured I would receive a confirmation email. I did not receive that email. The next day, Tuesday, XX/XX/year>, the funds were placed on hold and the wire still had not been processed. I spoke with an agent and was given conflicting information about the wire transfer being set to XXXX delivery, then that statement was retracted and the agent stated the transfer was set for the next business day and that they did not know why I had not yet received it. They also could not explain why the wire transfer was placed on hold and had not yet been processed. Then I was told I could be given the number for the XXXX XXXX department, I accepted and was then told that there was no number for a XXXX XXXX department. I was told that my wire transfer could arrive either : later on the XXXX or by the XXXX. For a wire transfer sent on XX/XX/XXXX for next day delivery. Meanwhile, I have not been able to pay for legal fees and face professional consequences and missed opportunities due to not being able to access the funds in my accounts either at all or on time. And I have not been able to receive an explanation or documentation for a sudden inability to access my funds in my accounts over the past almost XXXX weeks.
