Hi i recieved a refund from university on friday. I always have a problem accessing my money from bank of america. I was told all they needed to do was push a button to release my funds and they refuse. It doesnt matter that i have rent due or anything else this bank/company just wants to take everything. the employees are rude and unhelpful. I have XXXX XXXX an hour now to find this bank just to walk in to be told we cant do anything when the guy on the phone from the same company is saying otherwise. I will start looking for a new bank or just no bank for next time.
