This letter serves as a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit report. the notation of the following late payment ( s ) and charged off total balance is inaccurate. Please investigate and verify that all data for this account is reporting accurately including every notation, date and balance whether reported or not. USAA XXXX I also respectfully request to be provided specific proof that these alleged late payments were in fact late. I request to see all statements and payment transaction records from the creditor that would prove that my payment was not submitted on time. It is my understanding that you must verify these items with the reporting creditor for accuracy. If you are unable to provide that proof, or if lacking proof of these payments being late, please update my payment history to PAANL status ( Paid As Agreed Never Late ) according to consumer protection laws15 USC 1681i, 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ), 15 USC 1681s ( b ) In addition to that, I was never provided with the Opt Out option under the privacy of consumer financial information 15 USC 6802 . Before my nonpublic information was shared with an unaffiliated third party, Creditor never have me the opportunity to opt out of such sharing. Please provide me with a copy of the notice and the date it was sent. Non-public information includes account balances, transaction history and payment information. My rights have been violated because I have never been informed about how my financial information is being shared with unaffiliated third parties. Creditors are supposed to follow these rules to protect the privacy of my information and prevention of unauthorized sharing. I have not been provided proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence ( XXXX v. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) and presume no valid debt exists.
