My car was repossessed without any notice of the right to cure. I had set up a payment via an automated phone system. Where it said I had a payment agreement in place for XX/XX/XXXX. There were not ANY OTHER prompts saying I had to make that payment online. So I thought the payment was being auto-drafted from my account because that's how it's always been done. Only to find out they never drafted the funds from my account which I was unaware of. As a result, I woke up this morning my car was missing. They repossessed my vehicle and now I'm trying to get it back asap. The company that I have this loan with is Southeast Toyota Finance.
