We have to ask the CFPB, when is the going to end with Bank of America. This issue is various form has been going on since XXXX of XXXX. That is when the first complaint was mention to them about XXXX. Now they are talking about an additional 60 days needed? This is insane. We have provided BOA with concrete evidence that XXXX was/is lying. We provide emails of conversation with XXXX talking us XXXX thing and then talking BOA something completely different. We showed the an email where XXXX claim the Bank of America now had the credits or refund since we file the claimed. What more information do BOA need? We provide the smoking XXXX and then some. We consider this nothing more than stalling or someone at BOA falling down on the job. ( Which two of the Supervisors admitted ). There internal failure is not our company problem. We demand the full {$6000.00} and not the short amount of {$3300.00}. that they claimed they can recover. If they would have responded to our company back in XX/XX/year>, we would not be in the issue. Furthermore, they told us all of there investigation would be concluded by XX/XX/year>. Therefore, we will give no more time that they told us and not another 60 days. And we believe to our core, they canceled all of our business accounts because we have filed these complaints with the CFPB. Today, we have filed the following complaints against Bank of America with the CFPB. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX No more time is need on this XXXX issue. I was told by BOA XXXX department that this issue would be sent to arbitration. But no XXXX form BOA has given us no further information if this action was taken. They did tell us again, this would be settled in our favor since we provided compelling evidence against XXXX. So we stand by the date they provide XX/XX/year>, this issue with the Refund will be resolved and then we will take up the issue on how BOA violated our consumer rights. Regardless of what they claim is on page six.
