My student loans were transferred to mohela service in past few months. I was advised by mohela to re certify or update my XXXX XXXXXXXX plan in XXXX of 2024 which i did. My payments have been in ~ {$580.00} range. Beginning of XXXX they collected ~ XXXX from my bank account as it was set up as autopay. I called right away and was told my loans are going though transition and to call back once that is done which i did, I spoke to supervisor and she said that i do not need to fill another application, i will get me refunds and to make another payment of my monthly regular payments and she will put my loans in forbearance to review my account. Nothing happened, i sent message through account and i called over XXXX times no one can tell me whats going on. XXXX weeks ago i spoke to another supervisor and she said that she doesnt see any of this on my account except i was put in forbearance and no review yet. I was on phone with her for over on hour she promised that my case will get esclated, she will file another review and request someone to call me in 5 days and none of this happened. Now my account says i am due to pay XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I filed two complains over a month ago with studentaid.gov and no one has reached out to me. I am really tired and sick of this i have not had any issues with my loans in past and never had to go through this. I am A XXXX XXXX worker who now have to worry everyday and XXXX about this as if i dont pay it my loans will go into default
