I have an account with Ava that is set with automatic withdrawal monthly. The bank account I had on filed stop working with payment processing. I contacted them on XX/XX/year> and told them of the issue. I also told them in writing if the problem can not be resolve to close my account. They told me their was an issue with the Plaid the payment processing they were using and they did not close the account. Now they have reported late payment on my credit report for the last 3 month and when I contacted them again to close my account they went ahead an fix the issue with the payment processing that they were not able to do when I first contacted them but now has hurt my credit score so much.
