I have spoken to Bank of America three times in the last 3 days and today is XXXX XX/XX/year>. Each time I have spoken to a representative they have told me that they would not be able to refund me the interest that was accumulating from an offer ending that had 0 % interest on a balance transfer for me I had noted that it would end on XX/XX/XXXX and it ended before that time frame. When I question them about it they said it was in the third page of the statement even though I had been all through the statements and couldn't locate the date. I just happened to call to double-check my information and saw that they were already charging me Interest. I want a refund of the interest that was charged as I have already paid off the card with two different banking entities
