My students loans loans were forgiven. The balance are XXXX. However it is still reflecting a balance of over XXXX on my XXXX and experian credit report. I have tried to reach out to department of education and Moehla several times to correct this. Each time i am given a generic response and the issue is never resolved. This has been going on for months now and its extremely frustrating.
