The status of my loans continued to be repeatedly changed to " Awaiting Form Administrative Forbearance '' and when I call Aidvantage no one from customer service is able to give me a straight answer. Previously I was told that there was a duplicate application form for the SAVE IDR program that was filled out and most recently I was told the Dept of Education placed my loans on forbearance but was not told why. Due to this forbearance I have not had to make any payments even though I am happy to and interest has been accruing on the loans which would not have if the loans were not on this forbearance and I was making payments ( due to the SAVE plan I am in ). I was also told the forbearance would end in XXXX and then it continued into XXXX.
