On XXXX XXXX I sent out a certified letter to all credit bureaus in regards to these accounts with Mohela and XXXX. total alleged debt with Mohela is about {$140000.00}. Total alleged debt with XXXX is about {$20000.00}. Both of these Federal loan companies have been reporting inaccuracies with different open dates, transactions and payments or non payments on my credit report for over 15 years. According to U.S cod 1681 a definition of rules of construction sec 2 exclusions except a provided in paragraph 3 the term consumer report does not include these terms. Containing information solely as to transactions. between the consumer and the person making the transactions report shall be excluded. Mohela and XXXX are in violations of my rights as a consumer by including transactions on my credit report. U.S. code 6802 They failed to give me documentations to opt-out reporting to a non-affilated 3rd party prior to them reporting to all credit bureaus They are also in violation of the ground mission bleil act of 6801. This has caused tremendous pain on my life a mother supporting her family. I would like these loans and transactions off of each my credit report with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I would also like to seek for damages due to the violations for almost 20 years of my life of pain and suffering
