Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered {$1000.00} in unauthorized transactions ( both transactions were for {$500.00} each from XXXX ) that were made to my usbank account the day before. Immediately after seeing them, I called in to report the transactions and was told I would receive a resolution within 10 business days. To my dismay, just recently I found out that usbank had closed my account and would mail me a check for the funds remaining in my account at the time of closure for {$50.00} however there was no mention of getting back the {$1000.00} that I lost. I need to get this escalated, I need my money back.
