Identity theft- Did you receive my original description? -Must have hacked my email account. -My cell Phone account thru XXXX XXXX, changed to a phone fraudulently purchased on my account- I called and corrected/they know fraudulent activity. - {$5000.00} worth of furniture ordered on XXXX credit card to a address in Florida. Called XXXX and reported as fraudulent. Closed account. XXXX still sending me texts about furniture being delivered. XXXXBank of America Visa account showed {$20000.00} transfer to another bank. I went to Bank of America and reported- they called their fraud line with me. An {$800.00} XXXX transfer fee had also been paid. Now still {$20000.00} debt showing online and Bank of America wants my claim in writing with additional info. They did not contact me. I had an email when I went back and checked- stating my transfer went thru. -I do not check my email every day. But I always have my cell with me and did not receive a text from Bank of America! I did not receive a call identified as Bank of America! -I have changed all my passwords. Closed XXXX account. Locked my new Visa Charge card from Bank of America. I plan to make a police report tomorrow. My Son in law Scrubbed my computer. -I just want this to go away. Can You help me?
