I have purchased multiple items with the online store from Ashley Furniture. We tried to return the purchase within 15 days due to missing parts and items damaged. We have reached out to the store and synchrony bank. They have told us in store and over the phone that they can not accept the return in store due to the size of purchase. Ashely has refused to accept the damaged items they sent and synchrony bank that is partnered with Ashely keeps sending us collection notices. We have had 3 disputes with them. Ashely 's response with Synchrony is that the items were delivered in good condition which is not the case and they were not signed for.
