My XXXX XXXX XXXX includes the priority pass as a benefit and in this program restaurants are included. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a restaurant that is included in the program and they priority pass was not accepted ( despite XXXX offering this as benefit ). I had to pay out of pocket XXXX usd. I reach out to customer service to get my money back or a credit or a partial waived of the renewal fee and the bank did not provide a o solution. I respectfully request that you review my account and provide a full refund of the {$60.00} in question. I did not received any communication about changes in the priority pass eligibility and hence I need my credit back to misleading information from the XXXX XXXX credit card.
