Call Synchrony Bank, XXXX XXXX account to closed my account on XX/XX/year>. I paid off the current/statement balance. Will no longer be using the card and they actually charging me an interest charge and I have used the card in month. Told the representative to close the account. Not fair that you have charged me interest charge on the card when I have used the card. They sent a letter about lowering my credit allowance. I specifically told her to close the account.
