Im the consumer in which this debt is arising from. I know my rights & who I am I understand that I have been mislead & lied to by this debtor. I also understand that I am the creditor of this consumer transaction in which this debt is arising and I understand that I need to be compensated for these damages listed below. To whom it may concern Syncb/PPC XXXX Per the FCRA as a federal protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization. I the consumer may have given you unwritten, written, nonverbal, and verbal per USC 6802 I have the right to opt out & I did opt out under 16 CFR 313.7 & under 15 USC 6508 this is another notice, letting yall know that I would like yall to opt me out. This company has also violated the terms and conditions of my statement and have been reporting to third-party credit bureaus.
