Consumer Narrative

I'm an American citizen presently residing in the XXXX since XXXX of XXXX. I have received my social security payments on my direct express card ever since I've been here. My latest deposit from social security was deposited onto my direct express card on XX/XX/XXXX, but my card has been locked by direct express ( Comerica bank ). Since XX/XX/XXXX I've made over 50 phonecalls to direct express, answered scores of security questions, passed two identity checks, and have been told several times that they have unlocked my card. But when I try to use it, I find that it's still locked.
