XXXX complaint not completely solved. Synchrony bank refunded XXXX {$3000.00} charge not the XXXX charge. I need the XXXX refund immediately. This has been ongoing for months and they just denied and closed case again. Documents sent already in the first claim and I attached that claim number and the company already has had the documents involved for months! XX/XX/year>2023 went to XXXX day live tax sales support bootcamp Bought {$15000.00} coaching program they coerced me to do credit card stacking to pay for and has been a complete nightmare getting what I purchased XXXX refunded XXXX XXXX refunded Synchrony bank XXXX XXXX refuses to refund Sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX by email, text, mail & through FB w/ no reply accept by XXXX stating she was deleting it and someone named XXXX stating XXXX help me. I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX & paid {$15000.00} for course I should never have done w/ travel exp, got XXXX pieces of property in which I'm still paying expenses on. XXXX as its not selling, not getting help from coach unless I reach out. XXXX had to get involved & stated my XXXX call with coach I was not going to do what he said it was not my market. On top of it going through marital issues & now I'm drowning financially in a nightmare divorce owing thousands of dollars in bills & attorney fees & may be getting kicked out of my home with no money to move or get another home. I live on XXXX & no friends or family to support me. I live w/ both my children who are XXXX & can't even support themselves. On top of that I'm an XXXX XXXX & take care of my moms needs which I've been unable to do. I know gurus seem to think you can find the money, get the money, beg, borrow or steal to make your dreams happen but in my case it catapulted my financially situation negatively by being told to go through credit card stacking to get this funded. I am asking for a refund of my money as I didn't have it then to waste & have gotten nowhere with what I was taught in fact more in real estate debt trying. Please refund my money back I have tried to contact XXXX & XXXX through text messages, other employees XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX, that were involved in my transaction w/ still no response from either XXXX. They're high pressure sales tactics coercing me to do credit card stacking to pay for the coaching before they helped me & I could go on a tour & now has completely ruined my credit & I'm needing to prove I can refinance my home in my divorce proceeding which now I can no longer do because of this & them promising I would be extremely successful at this & will not have any financial worries once I get some properties bought & sold. The lies & deception continue when reaching out. I have contacted an attorney on this matter as well demanding my payment refunded. I have contacted an attorney who wrote a demand letter to the company, I filed with better business bureau who got no response and they have an XXXX rating, I've filed with attorney General and I email, call, and text them every week with no response. I've been in touch with the company months ago and they said they refise to refund me. I've filed with the XXXX credit card synchrony bank XXXX XXXX XXXX times and there complaints dept twice for them not returning my {$6000.00} and have gotten nowhere with XXXX they keep denying my dispute. I have had XXXX other credit cards involved with the total purchase of the tax program of XXXX whom have already refunded my money I charged with them. I need my money refunded asap! I email or text the company owners them almost daily for a refund
