In XX/XX/XXXX I joined a 5 month repayment program with GreenSky LLC stating I would receive smaller payments from XX/XX/XXXX and that I would have to start making regular payments again in XXXX, XXXX. I setup automatic payments to come out of my account for those months. Below is the verbiage from the email I received : Reduced Monthly Payments Required 1. We are temporarily reducing your monthly required payment for 5 month ( s ). During this period your new reduced payment amount will be {$89.00}. After 5 month ( s ), your required monthly payment amount will be due again in XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$170.00}. 2. If your account was past due at the time you were granted relief, it will return to the same past due status immediately upon expiration of your relief and your account will be due for the previous past due amount. My account was reported as Current for the period of the relief program and I didnt think I needed to start making regular payments again until XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I started getting emails that my balance was PAST DUE and the relief program ended XX/XX/XXXX, which contradicted my understanding of when I needed to pay the regular monthly amount and anything past due again. Additionally, I thought my balance for XX/XX/XXXX had already been paid on XX/XX/XXXX since an additional payment came out of my account automatically. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to review my account balance and noted I had a Past Due balance and paid {$430.00}. I thought their records were erroneous because I had already made a payment for XXXX, but wanted to make sure I wasnt in that status. I spoke to a XXXX, who called me back on XX/XX/XXXX and told me I was ~ {$19.00} short of paying the past due amount that was owed before I entered the relief program. She also apologized for the confusion I had because she noted an automatic payment still came out of my account for XX/XX/XXXX even though the program had ended in XXXX according to her records. She stated I needed to make that {$19.00} payment by XX/XX/XXXX, which I did. Subsequently, I was reported as 60 days PAST DUE on my credit report which was NOT mentioned on any of the correspondence I received AND my understanding is that I met the XX/XX/XXXX date by paying the full past due amount, this was not Past Due. That XXXX mentioned nothing about me still getting reported as Past Due. I have attempted to resolve this matter with XXXX and their investigations keep saying their information is correct. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, a representative told me that they have been unsuccessful in finding the recorded calls that I told them I had with their Company.
