Consumer Narrative
I bought concert tickets on XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and the concert is on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX said they will send me the ticket on XXXX and I saw the same ticket was still on the listing on other website. It seemed like fraud to me so I disputed the transaction but Bank of America denied. I received tickets on XX/XX/XXXX, but different tickets that it was supposed to be. Seating is completely different. I can't dispute anymore since it's been more than 60 days from the purchase. And XXXX insists it's " better '' seating than from listing, but I don't believe so. Really, this is not fair.
