On several occasions I have tried to signed into PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES , LLC. I have called and is given the run around and asked a lot of questions on how I am trying to login. On the website it looks quite easy, until you fill your info in, then you are rejected. I have never seen my acct. on the website due to the problem of logging in!! This is a debt I owed to a credit card and have paid consistanly and am about to pay it off. The XXXX of every month {$150.00} is taken from my acct. I would like to see the website WITH my acct.on it, saying what is going on with it.And am now concerned, if I pay it off. What will be the next thing ie. I want the poaperwork showing everything. And also this was given to be via sheriff dept. and I got right on it. Though I am concerned as to what will happened when payed off, when I can't even get into the website!
