I am honestly shocked from the lack of support and protection that Robinhood Credit Card have for their clients. I want to reiterate that I reported my card as lost or stolen immediately upon discovering the unauthorized transactions. Additionally, I promptly filed a fraud claim with Robinhood, only to be met with the disappointing outcome of a denied claim. The Robinhood investigation team determined that they were unable to substantiate the fraudulent nature of these charges, despite my clear assertion that I did not authorize these transactions. I am extremely disappointed with this decision as I have taken all necessary steps to protect my account and prevent further unauthorized activity. These charges were made without my consent, and I believe that I am being held responsible for a crime that I did not commit. I asked for reversal of the disputed amounts. All that I can say is the day of those charges occur., I was with my newborn at my home. If Robinhood does not see me as a valuable client and can not protect me a fraud then I would like to cancel my account and the last four digits of my social security are XXXX Robinhood CC client protection is basically none!
