I cant do anything without calling a XXXX numbers to get an authorization code, which they wont give me. Its going on XXXX weeks now if this happening to me. I cant login to my mobile banking, cant use my debit card. Cant do anything without being forced to call and try to get an authorization code. Which the XXXX number refused to give me. I cant buy my medication, groceries or anything. Without going into a branch and pulling cash out using my drivers license.
