I had purchased a prepaid giftcard at XXXX at XX/XX/year> with a XXXX $ balance on the card. When I attempted to activate the card on the card company 's website named " XXXX '', I was unable to activate the card. I attempted to call customer support which I was told my card was flagged for fraud even though it has been HOURS since I have purchased the card. The company requested that fax information such as my driver 's license, a photo of the front and back of the card, a picture of my receipt and a phone number for callback. I've done as they said, to which I have not received any from of follow-up regarding my purchase in MONTHS. I hope to have this issue resolved
