I am unaware of this Debt I didnt have the proper opportunity to Dispute this Debt. I didnt receive proper notification if in fact you believe I received proper notification please provide the proof of the Certified Mail With Receipt with my signature on there stating I received it You are hereby notified under provisions of Public law 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act Please remove me from you files & computer systems ASAP. Cease & desist all attempts to collect the above so called debt. Failure to comply with this law will result in my immediately filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, as well with my State Attorney General 's Office. I will pursue all criminal & civil claims against you & your company. Let this serve as your warning that I may utilize telephone recordings devices in order to document any telephone conversations that we may have in the future. Furthermore, if any negative information is placed on my credit bureau reports by your agency after receipt of this notice, this will cause me to file suit against you & your organization, both personally & corporately to seek any & all legal remedies available to me by law. Since it's my policy neither to recognize nor deal with collection agencies, please. Please Stop calling me for different Area Codes VIA phone numbers harassing me I have told this company many times on different occasions to dispute this collection or send me certified proof with receipt that I have legally signed to take on this debt this company told me they will dispute this collection off my credit report but never seen any results
