We ( XXXX and XXXX ) XXXX refinanced a mortgage in 2013 and we have now been notified that our old mortgage at the XXXX XXXX XXXX still has a lien on our house. We are asking Chase for proof that the mortgage at the XXXX XXXX XXXX was paid off and we are getting no help from the branch and the XXXX department. XXXX is where we have placed our request and they responded asking me for proof that the mortgage was paid off? I can't get anyone on the phone to help. XXXX XXXX XXXX
