Three years ago, I called and asked for a decrease in my interest rate on the CITI Bank credit card, " Sear 's " Shop-Your Way ''. I started off with 18 % and now it's XXXX. I called again in XX/XX/year> and Monday, XX/XX/year>. The call center is in XXXX, and no one I have spoken to is willing to lower these credit card rates. I received subprime loans which I did not know they were offering when I applied for this card. I pay my monthly bill on time, and I pay more than the minimum balance. I am being punished because I pay my bill on time and the majority of my payments are more than the {$29.00} minimum payment.
