Hello, I have a chase bank slate credit card... I have made the monthly payments and the bank never reported late payments on my payments ... On XX/XX/XXXX, chase bank made a report of 7 months late on my payments .... I monitor my credit score and when I saw this situation I called the bank the same day .... the response from the representatives is always " the system is the one that makes those reports automatically '' for them everything is done by the system and they can't do anything ... my credit score has been affected since XX/XX/XXXX... now I am afraid because I have had that credit card for 9 years and the system changed my reports from many years ago .... I ask for help to fix this situation...
