I signed up for Marriot Bonvoy Rewards credit card with a sign on bonus of XXXX points if I spent XXXX dollars in 3 months. I spent close to XXXX by the dead line. My dead line date ( I called several times to confirm ) was XX/XX/2024. I was told by their customer team that I was eligible for the sign on bonus I just needed to wait until XX/XX/XXXX to get them applied to my account. I called today to find out why they weren't applied and was told I was ineligible because I didn't meet the spending requirement. Attached is my activity for this card.
