Private card preloaded card then went to activate. It and said it could not be activated, but yet the money is on the card. You would think it would be pre. Occupied when you preload it, it's a XXXX XXXX. What is the issue? I gave them all my information. And they're trying to say I'm giving them false information, but it's not. And now. They're saying I can't use my money. So what am I to depending on? This money and it's an emergency. My grandmother is a diabetic and needs her medication or else she can die. If something happens to her in the meantime. What is she? What are we to do? It's gon na be on your fault. I don't know why they just can't let me use my money and then close the car or let me use what's in it.It makes no sense to me it's prepaid
