I set up my Macys account to automatically pay the minimum due. The first two payments were fine but then they started withdrawing XXXX payments a month and not crediting these payments to my Macys account. ( see page 3 for a list of dates and payments ) I first called and disputed the charges in XXXX. They asked me to send them a copy of my bank statement. I first faxed and then mailed it. I received an call after that. First they asked me to get an ach report on these payments. I called my bank ( chase ) and was told only the requesting bank can supply that. Which would be Macys or Citibank. So I called Macys and was told I needed a transmittal report. I called chase and they had never heard of such a report and had no further information they could provide me to give Macys. They said my bank statement should be all they need. There has been XXXX payments withdrawn from my checking account that were never credited to my Macys account totaling over {$270.00}. I have spent 5 months jumping through hoops for macys only to have my dispute claims repeatedly closed with no resolution! I just received a voicemail from Macys asking me to provide them with the information on where this money went! How can I possibly provide them with information the only have access to?
