I did a refinance in XX/XX/XXXX, To make the complaint bluntly clear i was mislead and given incorrect information by rocket mortgage to get a deal done. Also, I asked about other product or programs, they advised me that this was my only option. Only to find out this was not my only option, there was other options but they just picked 1 for me. I specifically asked for all options and was lied to. I have contacted them on numerous times and have been blown off, stating the deal is done nothing can be done. This is just the craziest situation I have ever been in. I believe they looked at my credit score and see that i pay my bills and seen that i was a easy deal to push through. I did a previous transaction with them, smooth as pie. So with that being said i really trusted the company only to find out my mortgage would not go down. I literally went from XXXX per month to XXXX thinking my mortgage would be going down in 3 months and that did not happen. I ask them to do something about it, all they could tell me was the deal is done but you can refinance again to get it down. I'm like wait huh!!!! NO! I don't know if this is a tactic that they use for business but they are making money off telling customers lies and its not fair. I'm sitting here scrapping XXXX to pay this mortgage I thought would be another amount. I'm really upset, and i don't know what to do but i need help with this situation before i end up losing my house over the company taking advantage of me. This is not a game to me, their a bank it might be something small, but this is me and my children 's life that is at stake and where we live. I been in this home since XXXX brought for XXXX now i owe rocket mortgage XXXX. Might sound like XXXX but over 30 year period it adds up with interest and for a company to take advantage this is top tier and issue. I'm thinking how many others have had this issue, are they just doing this to XXXX XXXX with could credit that might not fully understand all the plans/ programs that are available. Its not right someone please help me i truly need it. Thanks
