On XX/XX/year> i received a phone call from a relative someone was looking for me the relative then told the man I was not at the residence. I was never notified directly of the lawsuit for a debt was never given the summons. I didnt find out until I searched online that there was a suit filed against me. I then found the forms outside my residence on the floor. I responded to the suit on XX/XX/year>. They did not serve me directly, now they are attempting to submit a judgement of default and I have the right to arbitration. Regardless of the outcome Im more concerned as to how they are serving people when they are submitting claims against them without properly serving them.
