On XXXX XXXX I received a letter from Citi Fraud Prevention with allegations about Fraud Letter Code 4100. I did called immediately and the Fraud Prevention Unit was not very helpful resolving the matter, as the allegations were that if you do which the agency could collaborate with record conversations from Fraud Prevention Unit. I submitted via certified mail all evidence and documentation for them to clear the issue and to refund the {$1700.00} and nothing is being done. The Big Four issuing Banks in NY has very similar policy therefore I do not understand since XX/XX/year> Citibank do not want to complied. Citibank knows is liable as I well explain in all the letters. I did called, submitted documents & evidence, I was directed by the XXXX Branch manager XXXX XXXX which he was the only one who help me since the issue started and I follow his instruction but the Fraud Prevention Unit was not Helpful to proceed that is why everything was submitted by certified mail. Still XXXX XXXX XXXX no answer from Citibank. I called and XXXX told me my account was closed when I did not authorized to be closed as this account was on dispute and I had all the right as a primary holder of the account. I do not have liability on this matter as was a Fraud on my account directed from XXXX
