I have been a XXXX XXXXt and caseworker for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX of 2008 ( 16 years to date ). I have made well over 120 consecutive payments to Mohela and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX for over 10 years. They have forgiven XXXX of the XXXX student loans. 5 of the last 6 remaining loans have received XXXX payments and the XXXX has received XXXX payments, and have yet to be forgiven. I have received conflicting information. Letters I have received state that I have been delinquent in my payments. Further scrutiny on their part will reveal that this is not true. I have received a letter stating that payment is due with a payment schedule enclosed. Another letter I received indicates that my loans have completed a transition to Mohela who will handle my loans. Mohelas outgoing message indicates that my loan is in the hands of XXXX and Mohela has no information. Upon speaking with a Mohela representative by phone I am told that my remaining loans are in a Mohela induced administrative forbearance, no payment is due, and they are possibly being reviewed for XXXX eligibility. When asked when I might hear from Mohela regarding loan forgiveness the representative stated she was told to say ; the end of summer. When pressed for a more specific or even ball park date for the end of summer the representative said, this is all they told me to say. My aim is to retire from my job as soon as I know my loans are forgiven. I have documentation showing over 120 consecutive payments being withdrawn from my bank account in payment for Mohela/XXXXA student loans. My employer for all 10 years has been XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a government institution and PSLXXXX eligible employer ). I am eligible for Loan Forgiveness by MohelaXXXX definition XXXX Please help me obtain confirmation that the last 6 of the 17 loans have been forgiven. Thank you, Most Sincerely.
