I have been asking Mohela for several months to be out of forbearance, which seems to have been initiated from enrolling in the XXXX plan ( I've been asking this question and no one would give me an answer ). This is preventing me from re-qualifying for the XXXX plan, which I was previously on for several years. I'm about half way through. All my loans are federal and I've been working for qualifying local governments over the past XXXX years. I recently re-certified ALL of employment for XXXX. I want off of the XXXX plan. I want out of forbearance. I have been making monthly payments. There does not appear to be any way to un-enroll myself from the XXXX plan or get myself out of forbearance on either Mohela 's website of the Federal Student Aid website. Please help!
