I had a debt with a company called XXXX care credit which is now owned by a different company. I was told my debt was deleted by the company in XXXX they wouldnt give me an exact date. I have been receiving calls from XXXX different companies since then. Some say are lawyers offices and their filling legal action for bank fraud. Some say they are sending the police to pick me up for bank fraud. They have called my mother and shared information about this debt with her. None of them will supply a real company name or address Email address ( the company name or lawyers name is different every time ). None of them will supply any paperwork for the account they say I have to pay the account fully before I get any information. Care credit says it cant give any information for the account as it has been deleted. Im not sure what to do about this as I was told by the veterinarian that the debt was never paid by care credit and I had to pay them after paying more then XXXX the debt owed to care credit in XXXX months. The original debt was around XXXX $ the veterinarian has passed away so I cant get any information from them either. I never received anything from care credit as far as notices or a card they never even gave me my account number or a card. I will add the phone numbers of the callers but other then that I have nothing else I can give. Please help me.
