Mohela refuses to send me documents pertaining to my loans they took over in XXXX. I tried to get help by complaining about them online multiple times. The Ombudsman Group for the Department of Education keeps closing my online complaints on studentaid.gov without addressing them! It has been every complaint Ive filed regarding Mohela in XXXX. At least 5 have been filed online. Who are these people that have no empathy or compassion for others? They are NOT doing their job! Since XXXX I have been trying to get help. But most recently, I called Mohela XX/XX/XXXX and requested all of what XXXX sent them when they took over my loans. I was told it would be received in 30 days. As of XX/XX/XXXX I still dont have what I asked for. I called Mohela on XX/XX/XXXX and was told I will have the documents in 2 weeks from today. I called again XX/XX/XXXX today and was told they will send it and it will take 2 weeks. They are not sending my documents. Who can help me with retrieving the payment documentation including all payments made by me and Pell grants received that XXXX sent to Mohela. They are liars and have not mailed what Ive requested 3 times already, with the first being almost 60 days ago! Is there a human being that can help me? Please let me know.
