Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX I lost my father due to Covid so I was expecting a small help I had received a check it took Bank of America almost a month to verify it and when I talked to customer service representative I was told the check is clear I was behind my rent so I immediately withdraw the balance to pay the rent and then they told me the check bounced so they opened a different account for me now that they want to return my funds they subtracted the check that was verified by their customer service representative not to mention they have been charging me XXXX $ fee why they left the account is negative open and open a new checking account for me their agent confirmed everything how is it my fault?
