Complaint : the negative balance of my account is- {$100.00} and is a financial injury from the claim research worker decision to deny my claim for the missing information that is the fault of the claims workers initial notation describing the transactions being disputed might be missing or not done by the claims worker. The claims was denied for not looking for a statement that described the transactions as an unauthorized debit transaction it should not have been denied. The temporary credit should not have been reversed charging my account for the temporary credit. I want the resolved claim to be done to return the funds that will repay the temporary credit.
