This morning, XX/XX/2024 I attempted to log in to my account via my mobile app. I was prompted with a request to change my password. When I attempted to do this it wouldnt work so I called the bank. Upon being on the phone with the bank, they stated that my account was closed due to a business reason they could not share with me. According to the bank I have to wait until theres a closure date for my account at which point theyll mail me a check for the remaining balance in my account. I have XXXX children and no way to get by the weekend as all of my assets are in my account. This has been so frustrating and humiliating. I need help asap
